Author          He whispered, “Be filled with the power of the Holy Spirit.”
Author          He said in a soft voice, “Be filled with the power of the Holy Spirit.”

In conclusion, without a single exception, the above mentioned versions of the whole world Christian society translate the Greek verb lambano (John 1:11-12; 7:39; 13:20; 14:17; 7:39; 20:22; Acts 1:8; 2:33; 2:38; 8:15-19; 10:47; 19:2; Rom. 8:15; 1 Cor. 2:12; Gal. 3:2; 3:14) as only “to receive/accept.” It is quite erroneous. The Greek lambano (John 1:11-12; 13:20; 14:17; Acts 1:8; 2:33; 2:38; Rom. 8:15; 1 Cor. 2:12; Gal. 3:14) must be translated as “to receive/accept,” but the Greek lambano (John 7:39; 20:22; Acts 8:15-19; 10:47; 19:2; Gal. 3:2) as only “to be filled with.” And properly to translate and interpret Acts 2:4 the Greek lambano in Acts 1:8 must be consistent with the Greek pimplemi (πὶμπλήμὶ) in Acts 2:4, that is, the Greek lambano in Acts 1:8 must be translated as follows:

Acts 1:8     You will receive (lambano) power when the Holy Spirit comes on you. (Most versions rightly translated, but it must be the follow.)
Author       You will receive the power of the Holy Spirit when He comes on you.
Author       You will be filled with the power of the Holy Spirit when He comes on you.

Acts 2:4     They were all filled (pimplemi-to fill, past passive) with the Holy Spirit. (All versions mistranslated.)
Author       They were all filled with of the Holy Spirit.
Author       They were all filled with the power of the Holy Spirit.

The Greek verb pimplemi (πὶμπλήμὶ-passive, Luke 1:15; 1:41; 1:67; Acts 4:8; 4:31; 9:17; 13:9) must be translated to be consistent with that of Acts 2:4. The words “full of the Holy Spirit” (Ἰησοῦς πλήρης πνεύματος ἁγίου) in Luke 4:1 should be inferred to mean that the word “power” in Luke 4:14 is omitted, so it should be translated and inferred as “full of the power of the Holy Spirit.” This principle of translation and interpretation must be applied to the same words in Acts 7:55. All versions mistranslated Eph. 5:18 as “Be filled with the Spirit.” It must be translated as “Be filled with by the Spirit,” or “Be filled with the joy of the Spirit.” Most versions mistranslated Acts 2:17 as “I will pour out My Spirit on all people.” It must be translated as “I will pour out of (from) My Spirit on all people,” or “I will pour out the gift of My Spirit on all people.” All English versions mistranslate the Greek eis in 1 Cor. 12:13 as “into.” But it must be ‘in” to be consistent with that in Mark 1:9, “Jesus was baptized by John in (eis) the Jordan River” (All versions). Through the mistranslation and misunderstanding of 1 Cor. 12:13, many scholars insist that all Christians are not baptized by (with/in) the Holy Spirit subsequent to regeneration/conversion/salvation. 1 Cor. 12:13 must be “We were all baptized by (with/in) one Spirit in one body.” And it should be inferred that on having already been in one body of Christ through faith in Christ we were all baptized by (with/in) the Holy Spirit (and with/in fire). It means that all Christians can be baptized by (in/with) the Holy Spirit subsequent to regeneration/conversion/salvation.
Acts 1:5,8 and 2:3-4 confirm that the baptism of the Holy Spirit is synonymous with the filling of the power of the Holy Spirit. There is no scriptural reference to indicate that both things are different. Without a single exception, all English versions mistranslate Rom. 12:4-8, which do not list the gifts of the Holy Spirit but the kinds of functions of Church’s members. Many English versions, including the CSB, ESV, NET, KJV, NKJ, NIV, TNIV, NRS, and NAB, mistranslate 1 Cor. 12:28, which does not describe the gifts of the Spirit. Mistranslations lead to misinterpretations. All Christian society in the whole world does not yet have the biblical doctrine of the Spirit because of many mistranslations and misinterpretations on the Holy Spirit. All scholars, all pastors, and all teachers in all Christian society have accepted the mistranslations of the modern versions on the Holy Spirit as authentic. Therefore, without a single exception, all writings, all preachings, and all teachings regarding the Holy Spirit are misinterpreted and greatly confused.
